The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of GJIMT organized an exposure visit of Govt School Students to the STPI Incubation Centre, Mohali under the DICE (Developing Innovation Culture & Entrepreneurship) initiative of the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell. The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to the innovation and startup ecosystem.

During the visit, students gained firsthand insights into incubation facilities, mentoring support, funding opportunities, and the process of transforming innovative ideas into viable startups. Interactions with professionals and observation of live incubation activities helped students understand entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and innovation-driven career pathways.

The visit witnessed the participation of 45 students and 6 faculty members, making it an informative and inspiring learning experience. The initiative successfully encouraged entrepreneurial thinking and innovation awareness among students, aligning with the institute’s vision of fostering an innovation-driven mindset.
